At Arcane Elixirs, we take great care in crafting and packaging our potion bottles to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Due to the handmade and exclusive nature of our products, our refund and return policies are outlined below.
1. Refund Eligibility
- We offer a full refund if your potion bottle arrives broken or damaged during shipping.
- Customers must report the damage within 24 hours of receiving the package by providing clear photos of the broken item and packaging.
- Once verified, a refund will be processed via JazzCash or Direct Bank Transfer within 5-7 business days.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
- Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our elixirs, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- All sales are final once the product is delivered in good condition.
3. No Damage Claims After Delivery
- We are not responsible for any damages that occur after the package has been received and accepted by the customer.
- Customers are advised to handle their potion bottles with care to maintain their condition.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.
- Any damages occurring after delivery will not be eligible for refunds.
